Information requested may include personal contact information such as your name, mailing address, e-mail address, and telephone number. Information will be used to notify winners, award prizes and to contact users with further information about the Game. Survey information will be used for the purposes of monitoring or improving use and satisfaction of the Game web site.

What Do We Do With the Personal Information We Collect?

We gather, store and archive the information we collect from our website, and we may use the personal information we collect from you for various purposes including: marketing and research analysis; fulfillment of prizes to winners, and record-keeping.

• We may use third parties to send prizes, in which case we would provide them with your name, address, and other information necessary to deliver a prize.

You may choose not to provide CSK with any contact information. However, if you opt out in this way, you will be unable to participate in the Game or receive any prizes.  Additionally, your ability to navigate our site may be limited. Can You Review Your Personal Information?

Yes. You can review personal information you have submitted online. To review personal information submitted to us it is first necessary for you to provide us with information to verify your identity. In order to access a copy of your information you must first send to us at The OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League, c/o CSK Auto, Inc., 645 E. Missouri Ave., Suite 400, Phoenix, Arizona 85012, a written request to provide a complete copy of your personal information with your email address or a self-addressed stamped envelope. Upon receipt of this request, we will send you a copy as soon as possible.

Can You Delete Or Edit Or Update Your Personal Information?

Yes. You can delete or edit or update your personal information. To delete any information submitted to us, just e-mail us at commish@cskmotorsports.com and advise us that you wish us to delete all or a specified portion of your information. Please be sure to give us your name and email address.

Can You Revoke Your Permission for Us to Collect or Disclose Personal Information You?

Yes. To revoke the permission you have given us to collect or disclose any personal information about you, just e-mail us at our website at commish@cskmotorsports.com. Revoking your permission will result in the deletion of all of your personal information.

What Other Information Do We Automatically Collect From Your Computer?

CSK may collect information through IP addresses or environmental variables. An "IP address" is a number used by computers on the network to identify your computer so that data can be transmitted to you. A Special Note for Parents Concerning Privacy

This Web site is a general audience Website; however, only persons age eighteen (18) and over as of February 8, 2007 are eligible to register, access, play the Game, and win prizes on this site   While children under the age of 13 are not authorized to submit personal information online without first getting the permission from a parent or guardian, children are not eligible to register, access, play the Game, and/or win any prizes on this site.  We do not currently collect any personal information from anyone who has not first registered to play the Game on our Web site. If in the future we collect personally identifiable information from those under thirteen years of age, it will do so in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (15 U.S.C. 6501 et seq.) including, without limitation, obtaining necessary parental consent.

We encourage parents to take an active interest in their children’s use of the Internet.  Parents should be aware that software tools are available online that permit them to screen objectionable content and to prevent children from disclosing their name, address, and other personal information without parental permission.  However, the best protection for your child is for you to supervise your child’s online activities.
