Game Concept: The OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League is a game of skill, and winners will be determined by the objective criteria set forth herein. From all eligible entries received, winners will be determined by the participant who uses his or her knowledge of the historical events surrounding Cup, Nationwide and Truck racing, including relative strengths and weaknesses, to accumulate the most points during the game terms as defined below. Games may not be used in any form of gambling.

Eligibility: OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League participants must be 18 years of age or older as of February 15th, 2007, and must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia. All employees and immediate family members of the CSK Auto, Inc. including the sponsors, advertising, production, and fulfillment agencies are not eligible for prizes. CSK Auto, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entry form that is incomplete or incorrect. Prize winners must have a valid, unblocked email address. Only one entry per person; players must have valid, unrestricted email address. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Those excluded based on residence criteria may play, but WILL NOT be eligible to receive any prizes and/or be designated the winner of any round, quarter or championship.

How to Play: The game will follow the actual race results for the Cup, Nationwide and Truck racing series.

Players will register the names of seven drivers, at least one driver per series racing, for all forty (40) 2008 race weekends or rounds and be awarded points according to actual race results. The player with the most points for each weekend or round is a "Top Dawg" winner; prizes will be awarded to the top three players in scoring.

The OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League is divided into quarters. The top players from the First, Second, and Third quarter games will be eligible to play in the Fourth Quarter Chase for the Hunt for the Hardware Championship. All scores are zeroed at the end of each quarter, and players can win weekly prizes and quarterly prizes.

Players become eligible to compete in the Hunt for the Hardware by scoring a top ten weekly result among all players in the First, Second, or Third Quarter games. After the completion of the Third Quarter game, all players that finished in the top ten in scoring for any weekend or round are automatically registered to play in the Hunt for the Hardware Championship game. Players who do not qualify for the Hunt for the Hardware game are still eligible to play for weekly and quarterly prizes in the fourth quarter game, run concurrently for non-Hunt players.

Weekly Entry Deadlines: Players can change their picks at anytime up to 9 AM MST (Arizona) on the day of each round or weekend's first race.  On most weekends the first race is on a Friday, so most deadlines are Friday EST at 9 AM MST; on weekends with the first race on Saturday, the deadline is  9 AM MST on Saturday.  On weekends or rounds with a race on Thursday afternoon or evening, the deadline for submitting starters is 9 AM that Thursday.  In August there is a Wednesday night truck race at Bristol, so the deadline for picking all starters will be 9 AM MST on Wednesday, August 20th.  A reminder email will be sent to all players prior to each round's deadline, so please make sure you maintain a valid, unblocked email address.

The Points System: The OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League utilizes a unique scoring system that awards points to the top 16 finishers only. All series use the same scoring system to encourage diversity in driver selections among players. Points are awarded according to driver finishes. Drivers are also eligible for bonus points based on qualifying performance, type of car he or she is driving, and whether or not the driver led an official lap.

'Finish points' are awarded in descending order, with 160 points awarded for first place, 150 points points for second place, 140 points for third, 130 points for fourth, etc.

Qualifying points are awarded to the top five qualifiers per race, with 55 points awarded to the pole sitter, 44 points to the second fastest qualifier, 33 points to the third fastest, 22 points to the fourth fastest qualifier, and 11 points to the fifth fastest qualifier.

Manufacturer points are awarded to the highest-placing driver in a different type of car. The winning driver in each race receives 55 bonus manufacturer points, and no other driver in the same type of car is eligible for manufacturer points. The next highest-placing driver in a different type of car receives 44 bonus manufacturer points; the next highest-placing driver in the third-different type of car receives 33 bonus points; the driver in the fourth different type of car receives 22 bonus points, and the driver in the fifth different type of car, if there is one, receives 11 points.

'Lap leader' points are also awarded. If any driver is officially credited with leading a lap he or she will receive 22 bonus points; 22 additional points are awarded to the driver who leads the most laps.

Bonus points for qualifying, manufacturer and lap leader are only awarded if the drivers finish in the top 16.

Prizes: Prizes will be awarded on a national event, end-of-quarter and end-of-season basis. OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League Top Dawg prizes will be awarded to the top three point scoring teams in each week. One prize per week per category; a tie-breaking system will determine a winner in case of duplicate scores or pick results. First-round tiebreaker will be determined by random drawing. Top Dawg weekly prizes will be awarded for all 40 race weekends or rounds. Prizes will be awarded to the three entrants that accumulate the most points for each of the four OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League quarterly games. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded, no cash equivalents, no substitutes, except as determined by CSK Auto, Inc. in its sole discretion. Winners must be domiciled residents of the United States to be eligible for prizes. All winners automatically grant to CSK Auto, Inc. the right to use their name, address and photo for publicity without compensation. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes in connection with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. All costs and expenses not specified herein related to the acceptance and use of the Chase for the Race prize including, but not limited to, all transportation costs, lodging, meals gratuities and souvenirs, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize winners will receive a tax Form 1099-M and will be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability release within ten (10) days of notification. In the event of non-compliance, the prize will not be awarded. Organizers and sponsors are not responsible for any damages or injury incurred by an OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League entrant as a result of winning.

Quarterly Championship Prizes

At the end of each of the quarterly games, the top three players who have accumulated the most points during that period will receive:

• 1st Place – Championshop race jacket, t-shirt + CSK hat, $60 Checker Schuck’s Kragen Murray's gift card.
• 2nd Place - Championship sweatshirt, t-shirt + CSK hat, $40 Checker Schuck’s Kragen Murray's gift card.
• 3rd Place - Championship golf shirt, t-shirt + CSK hat, $20 Checker Schuck’s Kragen Murray's gift card.

Hunt for the Hardware Championship Prizes

Players who register a Top 10 game score among all players for any of the first 30 race weekends or rounds become eligible to play in the Hunt for the Hardware game, a ‘playoff’ game that runs concurrently with the fourth quarter game for non-Hunt players. At the end of the Hunt for the Hardware game, the top three players who have accumulated the most points will receive:

• 1st Place Prize – Trip for two to 2009 Checker Auto Parts 500, Championship leather jacket, golf shirt and a $250 Checker Schuck’s Kragen Murray's gift card
• 2nd Place Prize – Championship jacket, sweatshirt and a $150 Checker Schuck’s Kragen Murray's gift card
• 3rd Place Prize Package – Championship golf shirt and a $50 Checker Schuck’s Kragen Murray's gift card

Odds of Winning: Chances of winning weekly and championship prizes depend upon the total number of entries received and the skill used in choosing drivers.

The Commissioner's Office: An official standards and practices committee called The Commissioner's Office has been established to govern the rules and play of the OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League. You may address any questions, discrepancies, concerns or suggestions via email to commish@cskmotorsports.com or via postal mail to OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League, c/o CSK Auto, Inc., 645 E. Missouri, Suite 400, Phoenix, Arizona 85012. The Commissioner's Office reserves the right to adjust any rule if such an adjustment best serves all competitors. The Commissioner's Office also reserves the right to disqualify or refuse service to anyone if there is any evidence of tampering or manipulation.

Additional Rules and Regulations: Errors: In the event that you believe The Commissioner's Office has made an error, it is the sole responsibility of you, the OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League participant, to inform The Commissioner's Office within seven days of the end of the OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League race week in which you believe the error occurred. All efforts will be made to correct the error; however the decision of The Commissioner's Office is final.

Publicity: CSK Auto, Inc. reserves the right to use OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League entrant's names for publicity. Winners automatically grant to CSK Auto, Inc. the right to use their name and likeness in advertising and promotion of this event without further permission or compensation unless prohibited by law.

Schedule Changes: CSK Auto, Inc. will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control, that may cause the cancellation of any Cup, Busch or Truck race. For any reason and without notice, CSK Auto, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League without compensation.

Gambling: The OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League may not be used for any form of gambling.

General: By entering the OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League, you (1) acknowledge acceptance of these rules and agree to adhere to and be bound by them, and (2) release, and waive any rights of recovery against or in connection with CSK Auto, Inc. and their respective sponsors, contractors, agents, officers, and employees from and against any claims, expenses, damages and/or liability incurred by you in connection with or related to the operation of, or your participation in the OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League, and (3) agree to hold CSK Auto, Inc. harmless from all typographical, statistical, transaction, and communication errors or omissions, and CSK Auto, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant for suspected cheating or non-adherence to these Official Rules.

Additional Legal Disclaimers: The OvalTracking Fantasy Racing League is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia; players must be 18 years of age or older (if the age of a majority in a jurisdiction is different than 18, you must be of the age of majority within your jurisdiction to be eligible to receive a prize) with a valid internet e-mail address as of February 14, 2008. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Those excluded based on residence criteria may play, but WILL NOT be eligible to receive any prizes and/or be designated the winner of any round, quarter or championship. By entering, each entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these rules and by the decision of the judges which shall be final and binding in all respects. Any and all federal, state, and local taxes in connection with the prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted except by CSK Auto, Inc.. CSK Auto, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value in the event that an advertised prize is unavailable. All prize winners may be required to submit valid identification to CSK Auto, Inc. and to execute an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release within ten (10) days following attempted notification. Failure to comply within this time period may result in disqualification and awarding of the prize to the entrant with the next highest score.

All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. CSK Auto, Inc. is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected online entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a contestant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions. CSK Auto, Inc. reserves the right to halt the Game at any time during the contest period for any reason. In the event that a scheduled race is canceled or preempted for any reason, no points will be awarded for that week for drivers on the affected teams.

CSK Auto, Inc. is not responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this Game, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winner or the distribution of the prizes. CSK Auto, Inc. reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Game. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of CSK Auto, Inc. which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Game, CSK Auto, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Game. In such event, CSK Auto, Inc. further reserves the right to award the Grand Prize to the player with the most points, as of the termination date.

CSK Auto, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. CSK Auto, Inc. is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Game.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CSK AUTO, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH CONTESTANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

CSK Auto, Inc. reserves the right to halt, modify, or suspend the Game at any time due to situations beyond the control of sponsors such as strikes, acts of God, etc. In the event that the Game is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, CSK Auto, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Game, or to disqualify participants residing in the affected geographic areas. In such event, CSK Auto, Inc. shall have no liability to any players who are disqualified due to such an action.

Disclaimer of Warranties: You expressly understand and agree that: Your use of the service is at your sole risk. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CSK Auto, Inc. expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CSK Auto, Inc. makes no warranty that (i) the service will meet your requirements, (ii) the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (ii) the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv) the quality of any products, services, information, or other material obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any errors in the software will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability: You expressly understand and agree that CSK Auto, Inc. shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but no limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if CSK Auto, Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use of the inability to use the service; (ii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions of data; (iii) statements of conduct of any third party on the service; or (iv) any other matter relating to the certain warranties of the limitation of exclusion of liability for incidental of consequential damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
